Core Energetics
Core Energetics is relational, body-centered energy work that is designed to treat the whole person: body, mind, & spirit.

Through breath, touch, & movement, this work brings consciousness to stories held unconsciously in the body & frees up space for new experiences. It uses techniques to release emotional blocks, awaken vibration in the body, & connect with pleasure. By increasing your level of self-connection, you also grow your ability to authentically relate with yourself and others.

Sessions are dynamic & exploratory & adaptable to your unique needs. My intention is to meet you where you are, & to discover where we can go together.
